Ricky Lau - Senior Director
Ricky Lau was appointed Senior Director for Savills Hong Kong in 2006 and is responsible for leading day to day management Savills’ Hong Kong Island office leasing business.
Ricky focused on working on behalf of the occupier clientele, leveraging his extensive working knowledge of the Hong Kong landlord community. He provides advice to occupiers on issues such as lease acquisition, renewals and leasing restructuring strategies for major multi-national companies and enterprises in Hong Kong and corporations from China. Ricky’s clients include AIA, MassMutual, ING, Prudential, ICBC, China Construction Bank, Bayer, Pacific Century Insurance, MLC, Swiss Re and Principal Insurance.
Nicole Takano - Director
Nicole has been working with Savills since 1998, with a solid 9-year experience in the Hong Kong office market. Given her Japanese background, Nicole has worked with a number of Japanese companies in Hong Kong and other countries in Asia Pacific region and catered to their special information and business requirements, as well as providing periodic seminars for Japanese companies and business groups.
In recent years, Nicole's role has expanded to include general tenant advisory assignments serving multi-national companies. Her focus is on co-coordinating and enhancing regional links between Hong Kong and the rest of Asia Pacific countries in Savills Tenant Advisory team. Being a fluent speaker of English, Cantonese and Japanese with a fully cross-culture business experience, Nicole often acts as facilitator in resolving issues that arise during property transactions.
Jeffrey Wong - Director
Jeffrey graduated in University of Auckland in 1998, having completed a Bachelor of Property degree. Following a one-year postgraduate study in 1999, he gained a Master of Science Degree in Commercial Property Management in Liverpool John Moores University in the United Kingdom.
Jeffrey joined Savills in July 2004, responsible for Commercial Leasing and responsible for numbers of sole agency projects, major in dealing with Landlords. He qualified as a member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor in 2004 and probationer member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyor. Furthermore, he is a Registered Professional Surveyor (GP) and Estate Agent license holder of Estate Agent Authority.

Maggie Chu - Senior Director
Maggie is undisputedly the most experienced property professional in the Kowloon market place with over 15 years of experience on sales and leasing and has been involved in most of the recent large transactions in Kowloon. Experience includes AIA, DHL, Hasbro, Hallmark Cards, Manulife and Prudential. She too has been exclusively retained to present major developers.
William Yiu - Director
William provides services for the Kowloon and New Territories commercial markets. William’s expertise is in assisting and providing multinational corporations with specialist real estate services including lease acquisition/disposition, renewals and rent reviews. He has established strong business relationships with major developers and landlords. Latest client reference includes AXA, BALtrans Logistics, DHL, FUJIFILM, HK Interbank Clearing, ICBC, Japan Airlines, Jardine Shipping, JOS, Maunsell AECOM, Modern Beauty Salon, MPFA, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Prudential Assurance.
